Nyc 🗽🏙🇺🇸 #Day4
5/23/19
On my 4th day in NYC I decided to take a little rest and sleep in at least comparing to all the other days (9am). Today we started out in West Village and walked half of the high line park again.

After walking on the high line we stopped by at a few more parks (Union Square Park, Madison Square Park as well as Washington Square Park) where we eventually sat down with a coffee and some fruits. Yeah

In addition to this we went to the flatiron building and Morgan library.

Unfortunately, as the weather app broadcasted it, it started to heavily rain in the afternoon. After running through those floods we hopped on the subway and went to the Upper East Side. Even though it stopped raining as soon as we left the subway station, Cathy, Matt and I headed to the Museum of the city of New York City. The good thing was that it was totally free for everyone who is 19 or younger. If you are interested in the city’s history and geography it is definitely a place I can highly recommend to you. After the museum we walked through Central Park and took a short rest before heading to Hell’s kitchen in order to have some Thai food.

As we arrived it turned out that we would have to wait for an hour since the place was packed. We approved that and just waited at another park close by. If you are even wondering where to eat in Manhattan I can recommend to check out Hell’s Kitchen.

It is the neighborhood below the upper west side and offers so many different restaurant and most of them are not too expensive. There so incredibly many people out there, especially considering that we were out there on a week day. The last destination on our list was the Roosevelt tramway since Cathy and Matt hadn’t done it.
